The price is the same 24 hours a day seven days a week. Unfortunatley Gibraltar can only be a return trip due to the border but a taxi rank is literaly 100 mteres from the airport terminal on the Spanish side and should charge around the same rate to Duquesa.

The cost of running one is also a lot cheaper with petrol being only 50p / ltr.
